Art Club Exhibition

ART CLUB EXHIBITION – 4th JULY 2006

Members of Fairfield High School Art Club have organised this Art exhibition.  Parents, pupils, teachers and friends of Fairfield have been invited to enter the Art Club exhibition.  The pupils have organised the whole event including designing entry forms, posters, invitations, selection of work and hanging the exhibition. Special thanks to Jack Lancaster for coordinating the team.

It has been a great learning experience for the pupils who have developed an understanding of the work related aspects of Art and Design.  You never know we may have curators of the future or even a famous artist in our midst.  We certainly have some budding artists in the Fairfield community.

Special thanks to the Mayor and Mayoress of Halton for kindly attending the event. They presented a prize for their favourite work. The winner was Jack Lancaster for his painting “chequered lines” Congratulations. Thanks to all involved.
