The Library has 2 Librarians – Mrs Mahon and Mrs Davies. There are also 4 pupils library assistants, who help with the day to day running of the library.
Not only are there books in the library, but there are computers, magazines, newspapers and comics.
There are lots of activities going on in the library:
- Homework club 3:10pm - 4:00pm everyday
- Library lessons An introduction to the library for year 7’s, from September
- Get caught reading a reading initiative across the school for staff pupils alike.
- Top Ten Reads pupils are canvassed to find out which 10 books are the most popular at the time.

- Situated in one corner of the library is the careers section, displaying relevant information for older pupils, and also a “Health Information Point” where leaflets are available for pupils to take
